How to recover your Domain Name Password

Domain passwords allow you to transfer your .au domains. You can recover your .au password through the auDA password recovery form.

For domains ending in other extensions (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .asia, .mobi, etc) you will need to retrieve your EPP password directly from your current registrar.

Much appreciated all the work NR have done to resolve the whole fiasco.

Still, after 3 months and numerous requests for assistance and support tickets. I have no White Label presence for my DIT Reseller Account (#3343).

Also my prepaid credit balance has not been restored and have a hard enough time negotiating the minefield of TPP/DIT.

My requests for support to telephone me go completely ignored. Adding also to the frustration that I have in-coming calls only in my office and have to walk to the nearest pay phone (1 klm and back) to obtain phone assistance from support.

Although a small fish in the huge DIT pond is there any possibility that I can get some assistance to resolve all my issues or do I join the throng of frustrated reseller customers looking to jump ship.
