The People

Larry Bloch - Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer, Larry Bloch provides the public face, strategic direction and vision of Netregistry. His drive, energy and considerable experience form its foundation. Larry brings a wealth of experience to his leadership of Netregistry. In 1994 he founded NetBenefit in the United Kingdom. The company became the largest domain name registration company in Europe. It was sold to General Internet Corporation in 1997 and subsequently floated on the UK stock exchange. In 1996, Mr Bloch also founded Virtual Internet in France. This company is currently one of the top five leading domain name registration and web site hosting companies in France.

Giles Donovan - Director

As a director at Netregistry, Giles Donovan is responsible for marketing and business development, including management of key partner relationships as well as helping drive market entry opportunities. Prior to the founding of Netregistry, Mr Donovan worked with Larry Bloch at Virtual Internet London Head Office as the Head of Internet Products.

He was responsible for the management of sales, marketing and corporate communications. Before Virtual Internet, from 1996 to 1997, Mr Donovan was Business Development Manager at NetBenefit (UK) in charge of marketing strategy, sales, web design and recruitment.

We are a privately owned Australian company with more than 40 full-time staff of developers, engineers, service and support specialists. Our offices and data centre are located in Sydney.
