Refunds and partial refunds

Whilst we do not charge you any cancellation fees we do require that email and/or web hosting subscriptions are paid in full.

Refunds and credits on unused subscriptions will be subject to approval by our Credit Officer or Customer Service Manager. Request for refund or credit should be outlined in the comments section of the cancellation form
