Accessing your Remote Reboot Switch

This service allows clients, who have Dedicated Hosting with NetRegistry to power cycle their server(s) which will cause their server to reboot.

Power cycling your machine

• Login to The Console
• Click on "Dedicated Hosting" icon which can be found towards the bottom of the page
• Click on the server associated with the service under “Server ID”
• In the section titled “Remotely Reboot this Machine’, enter a reason for the reboot and click “Reboot”
• The power to your machine will be interrupted and the machine will reboot.

Please note that it may take several minutes for your machine to come back online. If you are still unable to connect after a reasonable amount of time, you should follow our Dedicated Hosting support procedure.
