What is a reseller?
A reseller is an organisation who re-sells NetRegistry’s Products and Services, whilst providing their own support for the services and products that they administer. For example, a website designer may use NetRegistry’s domain registration services to register domain names on behalf of their customer. Their customer would deal exclusively with the Reseller, they would organise the registration and renewal of the domain through NetRegistry themselves.
What happens if I lose contact with my reseller?
You can contact NetRegistry to get the contact details for your reseller at any time. If you no longer wish to be associated with your reseller, you will need to send a written request to our accounting department, requesting that you be set up with your own NetRegistry account. Requests can be faxed to (02) 9699 6088 – please allow up to 48 hours for processing. For further information, contact our support team on 1800 788 082 or email accounts@netregistry.com.au
