Domain Name RenewalRenewing a NetRegistry Domain NameWhen your domain name nears the end of its registration period, NetRegistry sends reminder emails, advising your domain is due for renewal. To renew your domain, from this reminder, simply click on the link provided. Alternatively when logged-in to The Console, the top of the screen shows a list of domain names attached to your account due for renewal. Clients can renew these domains from The Console or via the website here. If you do not have access to The Console, you can retrieve your details online here. Domain Names registered with another companyTo renew a domain, registered with another company, you will need to transfer your domain to NetRegistry. Click here to transfer the domain name. After completing the Transfer form, clients will be able to transfer their domain and have it renewed at the same time. When is a domain name due for renewal?You can check the expiration date of your domain by logging in to The Console, and checking the “DomainName” link. The expiry date will be listed at the top of the page. Find the expiry date of your domain name De-registering a Domain NameIf your domain name has not been renewed by the end of its registration period, it will automatically lapse. To cancel these renewal reminders notices, log in to The Console and elect to lapse the domain registration, at the bottom of the renewal page. Canceling a Domain RegistrationTo cancel the registration of your domain name before the domain is due to lapse, simply send a written request, on the letterhead of the organisation who owns the domain licence. If an individual owns the domain, include a copy of photo identification to cancel the domain licence. Requests must be dated, signed and can be either;
