Setting up a spam filter in OutlookFollow our step by step tutorial to configuring Outlook 2000 Rules Wizard, so all your Spam gets automatically sent to your Deleted folder. Step 1Select the 'Rules Wizard'
Step 2Select 'New'
Step 3Select 'Start creating a rule from a template' , then click 'Next'
Step 4Check the box alongside 'with specified words in the subject'
Step 5Click on the hyperlink specified words and type ***SPAM*** in the field called 'Add new:' Then click 'Add', then click ''OK'
Step 6To specify where your Spam should be sent, click the word 'specified' in the sentance 'move it to the specified folder'
Step 7Decide which folder you want the email sent to, such as Deleted Items
Step 8Click Finish
