Resellers Affiliates Scheme

Resellers now have the option of directly managing clients from their own account or empowering NetRegistry with the billing and support - an affiliate customer.

Pricing Scheme

The affiliate customers are charged the normal retail price and NetRegistry will credit 10% of the affiliate customers spend to the resellers' pre-paid account, to be redeemed in credit.

Features

For optimum convenience, resellers can have a mixture of direct and affiliate clients. The reseller determines the status per client, depending on client's self-sufficiency. This enables resellers to focus on other parts of their business.

When a reseller sets up an affiliate customer, we create a new account in TheConsole, which is linked to the reseller. Resellers will be able to administer the referred customer from their reseller administration panel. This feature is unique to NetRegistry's Affiliate Scheme.

How to set up an Affiliate Program

Step 1 - click on "Buy and manage domains"

Step 2 - click on "Place product orders"

To set up an affiliate customer, select option B. NetRegistry will then undertake all billing and support for this customer. In contrast, option A registers a standard reseller customer.

Resellers then complete the order as usual.

Your reseller customer has now been established.

Managing Reseller Services

Once established, affiliates will be listed in a drop down menu. From which resellers can manage accounts.

Will a customer know if they are registered as an affiliate client of a reseller?

Yes as the affiliate is named on their greencode login. See the screenshot above to view an affiliate customer's account.

Will the reseller receive the 10% refund in credit or cash?

Resellers will receive credit for future purchases and renewals, of any product or service. NetRegistry will deposit the credit into resellers pre paid accounts.

Can a reseller define a customer as an affiliate after registration?

No. Resellers must initially set up a customer as an affiliate.

Do resellers profit from other NetRegistry services purchased by an affiliate customer?

Yes, in perpetuity.

If the customer does not pay, will a reseller receive their 10%?

Unfortunately we will only pay the commission on payments received.
