NetRegistry has launched a forum for our customers www.netregistry.com.au/forum. This community forum is a platform for users to discuss industry developments, converse with like-minded e-business owners and seek advice from other customers and/or Technical Support Staff via regularly posted tech tips.

Are you experiencing a problem with your website? Another customer may have already posted your question, therefore read the thread and receive an instant solution! This forum allows you to discuss issues with other customers, provide commentary on our services and/or submit development requests.

Submit feedback via opinion polls related to specific products or services. The data extracted from these polls will influence future development and features; inevitably ensure NetRegistry is meeting your requirements.

    My I suggest that a link to the forum be placed on the Netregistry home page. Alternatively it could be placed on the first page of the console.

    If more users were aware of the forum and it was readily accessable then I feel sure that it would get more use. Forums are a great place for us to help each other out and isn't that what life is all about?

    There is currently a prominent link to the forum at the top of the Toolbox section of the home page.

    I need a better interface with my website. I have seen other ways that look easier than the console. I find it slow and cumbersome. Any opinions?
