We understand that the quality of support you receive from us has a direct impact on your relationship with your customers, and whilst our automated system gives you total control of the reselling process, you can rest assured that if the need arises, you are only a phone call away from Netregistry's legendary support services.

 

We also provide a comprehensive online support site that provides answers and examples to address most issues.

If the support site cannot provide you with a solution you can submit a support enquiry via our website and an answer will be back to you within two hours (office hours). If you wish to speak directly to our technical support team, call 1800 78 80 82.

Our helpdesk operates 24 hours, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm weekend.
