Have questions about Reach Accounting?

Will you provide me with a walkthrough on how to use the software?

Netregistry will provide a 10 minute walkthrough of the online accounting software for all new customers, simply call 1300 638 734. Additionally there is an extensive product tour, complete with Q&A and instructional video tutorials available here. However, as we are not an accredited accounting or tax agent, we cannot provide accounting advice.

Is Reach Accounting integrated with my payments to you?

At this stage there is no integration between Reach Accounting and Netregistry's online invoicing system. Integration with our online invoicing system is on the development roadmap.

Do I have to use Reach Accounting to manage my invoices?

No. Reach Accounting is software to assist you with your business; you are under no obligation to use the software if you don't want to.

I run an online store. Can I connect Reach Accounting to my web store?

At present this is not an option, but is on the development roadmap.

I'm a Netregistry reseller. Can I connect Reach Accounting to my reseller account?

At this stage there is no integration between Reach Accounting and Netregistry's Reseller systems. However, there are plans to expand our service in the future. Resellers can log into the Console today and take up the offer for their own use or activate the subscription on behalf of a customer.

I don't want your staff to see my personal finances. How secure is the software?

Netregistry staff do not have access to the Reach Accounting system, the data is stored on separate servers, which are locally based and provide extreme data security. We suggest you change your passwords regularly to further protect your data.

Do I need a new login and password for my Reach account?

Yes, for security reasons you will be required to set up a new user login and password.

What happens if I have more than one business?

Each active Netregistry domain name is eligible for one free 2-year subscription. If you have that domain registered with Netregistry then you are eligible to register for your FREE Reach Accounting service on that domain, simply login to the Console and click on the banner to activate your account. If you have a domain name with another provider, transfer it to Netregistry to obtain a Reach Accounting activation.

What happens after my 2-year subscription?

After the 2-year period you can subscribe to Reach Accounting on a month-by-month basis for only $25 per month.

What if I don't want to continue my Reach subscription after 2 years?

Should you wish to cease using Reach Accounting, you can export your reports and data to save for ATO reasons and close down your Reach account. Your Reach Accounting login will be available to you for up to 7 years in read-only mode to ensure you have ongoing access. You will be able to re-activate a read-only account at any time by signing up for a subscription.
