It's much easier to use than the other mail software we've been using before, the way it's designed, its very convenient. Compared to other software where you really need to understand the way it works - with your solution it's very straightforward. The way you can create easily a campaign or import a campaign to see if it's looking good. The good thing is you can check it with different browsers, directly within your software. You can check it with Safari which is very specific to the Mac and usually it doesn't look the same with Internet Explorer. You can check it with Firefox, all that within the software. You can see if it looks good and its very unique and really great because we've seen some specific issues that we didn't know about.
Before sending your email you can see how all the people that may bounce, who might not be getting your emails, even before sending it. So you can fix that before sending your campaign. Which again is a unique and great feature.
Over the whole software, that's what I like, the ease of use, you don't have to read at any point any manual or any help module - by default you find it and it's very straightforward.
