I'm Sean Bloch from IT Manager on Demand, We're a small business, medium business IT service provider and manager service, service business to multiple industries and multiple customers throughout Australia.

I guess their main challenge is not understanding what's behind the scenes technically. So they look to us for those answers. So they'll come to us and say 'I need to put on a website, can you host it for me' and we've got to go out and source that hosting for the customer.

What we look for in hosting providers is being able to talk to someone who can get results for us, rather than trying to understand hosting ourselves.

I mean we've been dealing with Netregistry now for about 5 to 6 years and we've never had a problem. In terms of reliability, getting the websites up in a timely manner, and once there up you know its generally runs smoothly and there's no problems keeping it up.

In terms of having a single point of contact at a business is really important to us because when you need to escalate something at least you know you can go to a reliable person, someone who's been there for a while who you can talk to who's around the corner. So its easy for me to phone and escalate and issue when we've got one. However, everything seems to run quite smoothly here, so its quite simply a drop of an email, one phone call. The person that picks up has got an understanding of what we do in the services, and what we need to offer and can resolve our issues, or set up hosting, whatever we need in a time efficient manner.

It is convenient and if I need something done I can talk to a person, I know the person is around the corner, rather than trying to communicate with someone who is working in a different time zone. So it's a key factors why we've stuck with Netregistry all these years.

Then its easy for me, I just say to customers, where are you going to put it? they're in Australia, they're around the corner, I know the guys.
