<p>As at 23:50, the issues with the Titanic server have been resolved. We are continuing to monitor its stability. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.</p>

<p>The Netregistry technical services team would like to advise that our system engineers have had to extend the maintenance time frame by two hours <strong>Titanic</strong> Server. The maintenance is expected to be completed by 19:50 AEST- 17th May 2012.</p>
<p>We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the extended maintenance time frame.</p>

<p>Netregistry technical service team would like to advise the rescheduling of the Horde Webmail upgrade that was meant to happen on Thursday 17/05/2012, which will now occur on Monday 21/05/2012. There will be a 15 minute webmail outage from 7:00am to 7:15am on Monday morning (21/05/2012), as we complete this upgrade.</p>
<p><strong>Original notice: 12:15 pm AEST 17 May 2012</strong></p>
<p>Netregistry technical services team would like to advise of a scheduled upgrade to take place for the Horde Webmail interface on the shared hosting infrastructure.</p>
<p>The upgrade should not cause any interruption of services.</p>
<p><strong>Date and time: </strong>22:00 (17/05/2012)  - 00:00 (17/05/2012) AEST</p>
<p><strong>Duration: </strong>2 hours</p>
<p><strong>Impact: </strong>During the upgrade period, existing customers will not be able to access the Horde webmail interface. Customers who use POP or IMAP to access their mail via regular applications will still be able to log in as usual, and will not be impacted.  We recommend using the @Mail interface for webmail access during this period.</p>
<p><strong>Services affected: </strong>The upgrade will only affect clients using Netregistry’s Shared Hosting Webmail service. No emails will be lost.</p>

<li>Intermittent issues on web forms on Apache cluster. Depending on if code has custom error page, there might not be any errors displayed on website, but no emails will be sent.</li>
