The Account Level console
The Account Level Console is also referred to as the Master Account Console and is the primary access point for the management of your contact information, billing & invoicing, orders and purchases and domain summary information.
Domain management
Domain management (DNS, zone records, email and webhosting, etc) is controlled via the Domain Level console. From the Administer/Upgrade domains, select the domain to be managed and click [Administer]. Each domain name also has its own username and password, allowing direct login to manage the domain.
The Account level password
A netregistry account is accessed with an Account Reference and Password. These are provided when an account is established with Netregistry (usually on the registration of a domain or purchase of services).
The Account Reference and Password or the One-Off Code is required as a mean of authentication should any Netregistry customer require any information related to the account, or to request any changes.
Note: You should never provide this information to anybody unless you have directly contacted a Netregistry customer support member.
If this information is not readily available, a customer can easily recover their account login details, provided their contact information on the account is currently up to date.
Account and domain management requires several types of passwords which allow access to specific features. For clarification on passwords, refer to this article.
