Accessing domain information

The Domain Level console

The domain level console allows for the management of a domain, including name servers, zone records, email accounts, ftp details, databases and so on. The domain level console is accessed by logging using the domain level username and password. Domain login information may be provided to anyone with authority to manage domain functions (such as webdevelopers).

Domain and hosting invoices & billing management

Domain billing & invoice information is managed under a customer’s Master Account console.  Customer accounts (including subscriptions and services) are not accessible via the domain level console.

The domain level password

A domain level password is an individual password assigned to each domain name you may have under your account. Many Netregistry customers have more than one domain name per Account. The Domain level password may be given to authorised web developers who may want to make various changes to the domain, manage emails, make DNS changes and so on. The Domain level password will not allow access to Account level information.

To recover a Domain Level username and password:

  1. Go to http://theconsole.netregistry.com.au/.
  2. Click Forgotten your account password?
  3. Type the Domain name for which you require the password.
  4. Click [Submit].

An email is then sent to the listed email address for the account and will contain:

  • The Domain Level username
  • A unique time limited link that will allow for a new password to be created.

To change the password:

  2. Type a new password into the first field
