Change/Lost password for StoreXpress

To update your StoreXpress password

You will need to have current login details to your StoreXpress admin panel. If you don’t have your login details, read the section Lost your login details and can’t reset the password? below.

  1. Log into StoreXpress.
  2. In the top left corner, click Shop Administrator (or your display name).
  3. Type your old password into the Old Password field.
  4. Type your new password into the New Password field.
  5. Ensure your email address is correct, as password recovery information is sent to this address.

To reset your StoreXpress password

The most recently updated email address will be used to send recovered password information. To recover a password, this email address must be valid. The username of your admin account is also required.

  1. Open a login window for StoreXpress admin.
  2. Click on Forgot your password? under username and password.
  3. Type your StoreXpress User Name and Email Address into the corresponding fields.
  4. Click [Send new password].

Lost your login details and can’t reset the password?

Because StoreXpress is supplied by a third party (epages), password information is not automatically recoverable. In the event that the StoreXpress admin password is unknown, and the email address is invalid you, the login details must be manually updated.

A request for access details to be provided must be made via our Support Centre by submitting a ticket. We will contact our third party supplier on your behalf to reset your details.  This process may take several days to complete..

Note: For security reasons, Netregistry does not have direct access to reset your login details.
