Any email program is third party software for which Netregistry cannot provide support. The tutorials provided by Netregistry are general guides to connecting a Netregistry email hosting service with your email software. For detailed assistance working with your email software, please contact the software developer.
Note: an email address must have been previously setup in the Domain Level Console before using these settings.

Not sure what email software you’re using?
To find out the email software and version you are currently using:
- Load your email software.
- Along the menu bar (usually at the top of the window), locate and click the Help option.
- Select the About… option from the drop down list, e.g. Microsoft Outlook help menu.
On most email programs a splashscreen will display the version details including the year or version number.

The settings used to connect to our email servers are the same no matter which software you use, although different email programs are generally designed in slightly different ways. If a support article for the software you use is not listed on our support pages an internet search engine may help to locate any articles specific to your software. Otherwise, please contact the email software developer for further assistance.
