Making your StoreXpress shop live

By default, new StoreXpress shops are not connected to the domain name. A StoreXpress webpage will not load until it has been activated, and may only present a blank or empty page.

This ensures that the website shopbuilder can add products and customise the shop to their satisfaction before visitors see it.

Once a shop is ready to begin trading online, shop builders should test their creation by visiting the shop as a customer, adding products to the basket and making a purchase. By going through the standard process that any customer normally would the shop manager can ensure everything has been setup correctly and the shop is ready to start trading.

Once full testing has been completed, email support2@netregistry.com.au with the domain name and the one-off code with a request to make your shop live.
