The following options are available for Payment Gateway users to help them view transaction reports and search for specific transactions made on the Payment Gateway.

Chart Types: Three different chart types are available for your convenience. The different chart types are:
- Figures Table
- Bar Chart
- Line Chart
Preset Transactions Reports: Preset transaction reports can be viewed in four different time periods, typically dependent on the number of transactions processed through the gateway; daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Preset Periodic Reports:Commonly requested report structures have been pre-configured, for your convenience. These are as follows:
Generate Transaction Report: The “Generate Transaction Report” option provides the option to generating reports with customised dates and formats. These reports can be generated in the following formats:
- Excel
- CSV
- XML
Note: reports are generated on screen, unless an alternative format is selected. Different transactions types and status levels may be nominated for each report, i.e. purchases, refunds, approved or declined.
Advanced Periodic Figures Report: The Show Periodic Figures Report option was designed for clients wanting to create customised reports containing detailed information about total figures generated in a certain period of time. This time period is defined by the client.
Search: The option to search for a specific transaction. This allows you to generate reports with the specific transaction details. This feature is highly recommended for those wanting to investigate multiple payments from customers.
