The transaction password is specifically used to process manual transactions and when refunding transactions made through a client’s merchant account in the console.
NOTE: First time users are required to set a transaction password before processing transactions via the Merchant Facility in the console.
Setting the Transaction Password
- Log into the Account Level console.
- Select the applicable domain name from the Administer/Upgrade Domain drop down list.
- Click [Administer].
- In the following page, click Merchant Facilities.

- Click Set transaction password. If the password has never been established (set up) the Enter Existing password field should be left blank,
- Click [Update].
If you have forgotten your transaction password, please contact our support team to request a transaction password reset, providing them with your domain and one off code.
