For customers wishing to either:
- Remove a particular domain name and service from an existing account, or
- Administer a domain name and service from their own Account (as the services are currently billed to someone else).
You will need to complete a Netregistry Domain split application form.
On receipt of this form, we will contact both the Current Account holder, and the new prospective Account holder (you) to confirm the transaction.
Note: if there are email, web hosting or e-commerce subscription services attached to the domain name, approval from the current account holder will be required in order to complete transfer of services.
If you wish to move a domain and/or related service from one Netregistry account into another pre-existing Netregistry account, a domain merge request should be made.
