A transaction was processed via my website, but I have not received payment

Netregistry can’t help you with a missing payment from your website, unless that payment was processed by our ecommerce Payment Gateway and you are a subscriber to that service.

Check that the transaction was processed by the payment gateway. You can do this by either generating a report or searching for the transaction number via the “merchant facilities” link, available in the console.

If the transaction is there: (You will need to contact the bank)

Option 1: The transaction is there and has been approved by the bank. 

The payment gateway has processed the transaction and the bank has approved the transaction. You will need to contact the bank to verify why the payment has not been deposited into your bank account.

Option 2: The transaction is there and has been declined by the bank.

The payment gateway has processed the transaction, however the bank has declined the transaction therefore no payment will be received for it. The bank will need to clarify why the transaction was declined.

Is the transaction is not there:

If the transaction has not appeared in your payment gateway report, this means it has not been received from either your website nor the console, therefore the bank has not processed the transaction.
