If you are trying to administer a domain name or a service at Netregistry, you will need to log in to the console. There are two options for recovering passwords below.
Recover passwords to your account
Allows customers to:
- View and pay invoices;
- View and administer all domains;
- View and manage all hosting services;
- Order new domains and services;
- Renew domain names.

Simply enter your domain name, or an account reference code and press submit. The password reset emails are always sent to the current contact on the account. Please note, the current contact is the account owner and not the domain name owner.
Recover passwords to a domain name
This level of access is usually given to web designers/developers and other third parties who should not have access to the full Account. Allows customers (and end users of Reseller accounts) to:
- Update configuration details for your domain name
- Manage email and/or web hosting services
- Update WHOIS information

Simply enter your domain name then submit the request. The passwords are always sent to the current contact on the account. Please note, the current contact is the Account owner and not the domain name owner.
Email address has changed?
If your email address has changed, and you are the owner of the domain name, or an authorised officer of the entity that owns the domain name, you can request the passwords be sent to you.
