If your dedicated SSL is hosted with Netregistry, you will be able to renew it by simply logging into TheConsole with your account details as shown below.
You will see the following warning on your home page:
Just click on the Renew SSL Certificate button to proceed with adding your credit card details and processing the order.
Note: If you do not see the SSL renewal option in your Account, the SSL renewal has NOT been created. This could mean you did not purchase SSL via Netregistry, or the SSL authority did not renew this certificate because it used an old encryption algorithm.
Netregisty will send reminders to all dedicated SSL holders previous to the renewal date. Warnings are sent to the registered email address:
- 90 days in advance;
- 30 days in advance;
- 5 days in advance;
Please note, SSL certificates cannot be automatically renewed. Customers must login to TheConsole and manually process the renewal. If customers no longer wish to keep the SSL certificate, no action is required. The SSL certificate will automatically lapse after 45 days of expiration.
