We have identified the cause of the issues and are currently applying updates on our servers which will prevent a recurrence of this issue in the future. All services should no longer experience any availability problems.

We are monitoring the network availability. Please note that we are aware that some of our customers are still experiencing some intermittency with network connection to our services. This is under investigation and will be resolved shortly.

Netregistry Technical Services team would like to acknowledge and advise of a 30 minute network availability problem for many Netregistry shared and private services which took place this afternoon 8th February 2012, from 17:30 until 18:00 AEDT.
Customers across all product suites experienced intermittent Timeout errors on their websites and Email services. No mail was lost.
Network access has been stabilised and the system administration team is currently investigating the root cause of the problem. Further updates will be posted should any outages be required in order to implement any network changes.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the issue for our customers and their website visitors.
