Upon setup of the StoreXpress, Netregistry will email customers with StoreXpress login details to their Master Account Console email address.
The typical format of the StoreXpress URL is:
- Preview the shop: http://www.storebuilder.net.au/epages/<userID>.sf
- Administration: http://www.storebuilder.net.au/epages/<userID>.admin
Where the <userID> is the User ID number provided to you upon purchase.
Once a StoreXpress shop has gone live, the www.storebuilder.net.au domain name is no longer used. Administration of the StoreXpress is then managed via the domain name. Log into StoreXpress administration via the following example:
- http://www.domainname.tld/epages/<userID>.admin
Lost your login details and can’t reset the password?
Becuase StoreXpress is supplied by a third party (eCorner), password information is not automatically recoverable. In the event that the StoreXpress admin password is unknown, and the email address is invalid, the login details must be manually updated.
A request for access details to be provided must be made via our Support Centre by submitting a ticket. We will contact our third party supplier on your behalf to reset your details. This process may take 24-48 hours to complete.
