We can now offer server administration via our authorised representatives for customers who do not wish to manage their own web servers. The various levels and add-ons you can purchase from us include system/server monitoring, emergency response in conjunction to monitoring, daily security and maintenance patching (Linux Only), a specified amount of "by  request" system administration & support and access to our 24/7 emergency on-call administrators.

All server management includes

• Included system administration and support each month (dependant on which plan is chosen)
• 24/7 server monitoring and emergency response. Includes monitoring and  restarts of HTTP, SMTP, POP, DNS, FTP, SSH, telnet etc. and more.  
• Daily security and maintenance patches applied to your server (Linux Only)  
• 24/7 telephone and pager access to our on-call administrators
