Netregistry is proud to be in partnership with Server Surgeon, a leading provider of Systems Administration, Security and Server Management. We can now offer server administration via our authorised representatives for customers who do not wish to manage their own web servers. The various levels and add-ons you can purchase from us include system/server monitoring, emergency response in conjunction to monitoring, daily security and maintenance patching (Linux Only), a specified amount of "by  request" system administration & support and access to our 24/7 emergency on-call administrators.

All server management includes

• Included system administration and support each month (dependant on which plan is chosen)
• 24/7 server monitoring and emergency response. Includes monitoring and  restarts of HTTP, SMTP, POP, DNS, FTP, SSH, telnet etc. and more.  
• Daily security and maintenance patches applied to your server (Linux Only)  
• 24/7 telephone and pager access to our on-call administrators
