By installing a company email signature on your email program i.e. on Outlook, you ensure that all vital information about your company i.e. number, URL and address is delivered to your recipients every time they hear from you. One of the great features of most email programmes is that you can set up email signature blocks that will appear at the bottom of every email you send.

If you have a number of employees sending out e-mails from different addresses, then it is important to create a standard template for how you want the ‘company’ signature to look. This will help ensure a level of consistency across all of the communications that are being delivered from your business.
