On your initial call we will ask you to describe your ideal website and show us examples of what you like. Apart from that, you only need to supply any specific images, brand assets (like logos), business information (like address, phone numbers, opening hours) or copy that you would include as well as the initial product details for your online shop. We will look after the rest!

All our websites come with a secure, simple-to-use interface that allows you to make updates to your content and product availability. We will train you on how to do this as part of the build process.

Our website control panel includes reporting such as orders received, delivery status and payment summaries so you can always stay up to date on how your shop is performing.

Timeframes can vary depending on your specific requirements, but most websites are up and running within 30 days of the initial briefing call.

Normally, 1 hour per month is included to make updates. However, for customers who sign up before June 30 2021, we are including unlimited updates for the duration of the 12 month term. This applies to copy and image updates only - page layout changes after launch will incur additional costs.

All our website packages include a Premium SSL certificate which provides 256-bit encryption and are hosted on Amazon Web Service’s world class hosting platform – giving you both performance and peace of mind that your content is safe.

Yes! You can choose from either a Microsoft 365 Email Essentials licence, 10 cPanel email licences or you can bring your own email. Not sure of the best option? Speak with one of our Website consultants to help you choose.
