This function is ideal for use when going on holiday or taking a business related trip, or even to confirm receipt of an email. Setting up an auto responder will send an automatic, personalised message in response to any new email received during a pre-determined period of time.

Setup auto responder on Cloud Hosting

  1. Log into the Console
  2. Manage the domain you want to make changes to
  3. Click Email
  4. Click an existing POP, Alias or Catchall email address
  5. In the Auto Responder section type the subject and the body of the message
  6. Click [Create]

Setup auto responder on cPanel Hosting

  1. Log into the Console
  2. Manage the domain you want to make changes to
  3. Click Email
  4. Click cPanel
  5. Click [Manage Account (opens a new window)]
  6. Click Auto Responders
  7. Click [Add Auto Responder]
  8. Fill in the required details
  9. Click [Create/Modify]
The auto responder should begin working immediately. You can test it by sending a message to the email address you've added the auto responder to.
