How to create a subscription form in Mailroom

Creating an subscription form to your mailing list makes the process of obtaining new subscribers automated. This allows you to spend more time creating great newsletters and less time managing your customers subscriptions. To create a subscription form for your Mailroom campaigns follow the instructions below.

  1. Log into the Console
  2. Manage your domain
  3. On the next page, click [Mailroom] in the left column
  4. Click Forms
  5. Select Create a Website Form
  6. Select Subscription from the Choose a Form Type drop down menu
  7. Give your subscription form a name
  8. Modify the other options on this page as required
  9. Click [Next]
  10. The next few pages will take you through some prompts and options to modify the look and behaviour of the subscription process. A potential subscriber will generally have to complete an initial subscription form, confirm their subscription by clicking on a link in an email, then finally be taken to a subscription confirmed page. You have the option to modify the look and experience the subscriber has during this process by selecting various options
  11. Once you are complete, the last prompt will be to [Save]
  12. Once saved, the required code will be provided in plain text on the page
