If you are trying to administer a domain nameor a service at Netregistry, you will need to log in to the console. In the case you forget your password, there are two options for recovering them below.
I want to recover the password to my Master Account
Your master account allows you to:
- View and pay invoices;
- View and administer all domains;
- View and manage all hosting services;
- Order new domains and services;
- Renew domain names.

This level of access is usually given to web designers/developers and other third parties who don't need access to the Master Account. Allows customers (and end users of Reseller accounts) to:
- Update configuration details for your domain name
- Manage email and/or web hosting services
- Update WHOIS information
Click here to recover your domain name passwordsSimply enter your domain name then submit the request. The passwords are always sent to the current contact on the account. Please note: The current contact is the account owner and not the domain name owner.
But my email address has changed!
If your email address has changed, and you are the owner of the domain name, or an authorised officer of the entity that owns the domain name, you can request the passwords be sent to you. Please see this article for full details on retrieving login details if email address has changed: Updating Contact Details
