Locate your transaction password

  1. Open the email account attached to your payment gateway
  2. Locate the initial set up email Netregistry sent you when you registered with our payment gateway
  3. The password is inside that email

To update your transaction password

  1. Log into the Console
  2. Manage the domain you want to make changes to
  3. Click ‘Payment Gateway' in the left menu
  4. Under the heading ‘Merchant Administration’ click ‘Update Transaction Password’
  5. Enter your old transaction password
  6. Enter a new password
  7. Click ‘Update’
