Payment Gateway Connection Component Issue – Friday May 8th 2015
The Netregistry service team would like to advise customers of an internal error we are working to fix with a component that some payment gateways rely on. This should only be impacting a very small number of customers and in particular it would likely be affecting all car wash customers.
We have our engineers working to resolve this issue, and will provide updates as they become available.

Date End: 1000 AEDT, Friday May 7th 2015
Customers who run car washes will be unable to reach the payment gateway at this time. Additionally any customers using the Netregistry API front end will be unable to connect to the payment gateway. All other gateway customers should not experience any issues.
