RESOLVED - Our administrators have resolved the problem, and the payment gateway is now working without issue.

Service Alert – Payment Gateway Service Interruption

We are currently working on a technical issue that is affecting our payment gateway service. Our System Engineers are currently working to resolve this issue as a priority and we will update this service alert as more information becomes available.

Date Start: 03:30 AEDT, 18th June 2015


All services related to the Payment Gateway will be interrupted during this period. This will include all payment transactions via websites that are using Netregistry's payment gateway. Domain registrations, Renewals and new product orders will also be affected during this time.
