RESOLVED - Service Alert – Payment Gateway Service Interruption

Update: Our engineers have indentified and resolved the issue, payment gateway services have been restored.

 

We are currently working on a technical issue that is affecting our payment gateway service. Our System Engineers are currently working to resolve this issue as a priority and we will update this service alert as more information becomes available.

Date Start: 11:40 AEDT, 1st September 2015

Date End:  12.20 AEDT, 1st September 2015

Impact:

All services related to the Payment Gateway will be interrupted during this period. This will include all payment transactions via websites that are using Netregistry's payment gateway. Domain registrations, Renewals and new product orders will also be affected during this time.
