Call Centre operators have regained access to production systems and customers accounts are now accessible to us in order to assist callers.
We apologise to our customers for any delays in email ticket resolution, as we work through a large volume of correspondence received throughout the outage.

Netregistry Customer Service team would like to advise of a current outage in the Call Centres for Netregistry Group. The support operators are unable to access the production systems and the phone system is currently switched to a failover solution.
Date and time: issue commenced approximately 9:20am 14th May 2013
Service affected: Phone and Email support for customers
Impact: Customers are able to call in to the Call Centre, however agents may not be able to gain access to your account services to assist with your enquiry at this stage.
Further notices will be posted as soon as access is restored for the Support teams. We apologise for any delayed responses on email correspondence sent in as a result of this outage.
