The Netregistry technical service team would like to advise that the issue with our phone system have been resolved. Customer may now contact us over the phone for assistance with any concern or questions they may have about their services. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to our phone system. During this time, customers attempting to call our help desk may have trouble getting through to our staff.

While our system engineers work to resolve the issue we request that customers contact us via our email or live chat support channels.

Services effected

No production customer services are affected by this outage (Domains, websites, emails)

Impact

Customers may not able to speak to our Customer Service team over the phone for the duration of the outage. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will be posting updates to this notice until the current issues are resolved.
