The Netregistry technical services team would like to advise that the issue with our phone systems has now been resolved and normal customer services have resumed.

ORIGINAL NOTICE - 8:45AM AEST 29/08/2013

The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to our phone system. During this time, customers attempting to call our help desk will not be able to speak to our staff.

While our system engineers work together with our telephone system provider to resolve the issue we request that customers contact us via our email or live chat support channels.

Services effected

No production customer services are affected by this outage.


Customers are not able to speak to our Customer Service team over the phone for the duration of the outage. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will be posting updates to this notice until the current issues are resolved.
