While we have not received a resolved notice from the vendor, the payments on our gateways have resumed operating, indicating that the network access for the bank has been restored.

The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to our Payment Gateway customers utilising the National Australia Bank (Quest). The vendor is experiencing problems with their AAPT network and all their services are unresponsive at this time.

Customers using the above listed services are experiencing "CARRIER LOST" errors and failed payments throughout the duration of the service interruption. Customers attempting to make payments for subscriptions held with us may also encounter payment errors/delays as we also use National Australia Bank for payments. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will be posting updates to this notice until the current issues are resolved.
