We have received a resolved notice from the vendor, the payments on our gateways have resumed operating, indicating that the network access for the Quest Payment Gateway has been restored. We apologies for the inconvenience caused during this outage.

The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to our Payment Gateway services. The cause of the issue is currently being investigated and further updates will be posted as they become available.

Customers using the above listed services may experience errors or failed payments during the duration of the service interruption. Customers attempting to make payments for subscriptions held with us may also encounter payment errors. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will be posting updates to this notice until the current issues are resolved.
