The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to our Payment Gateway services. The cause of the issue is currently being investigated by our ICT team in conjunction with the Merchant provider and further updates will be posted as they become available.

Customers using the above listed services may experience errors or failed payments during the duration of the service interruption. Customers attempting to make payments for subscriptions held with us may also encounter payment errors.
