The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to Webmail on our Cloud Email hosting service. The cause of the issue is currently being investigated and further updates will be posted as they become available.

Start Time issue commenced 11:30am AEST

Services effected

  • Cloud Email Hosting - Webmail interfaces at https://webmail.netregistry.net or Domain name equivalent URLs.

Impact

Customers using the above listed services may experience intermittent downtime or connection issues throughout the duration of the service interruption. Errors range from "Failed to login" to "Timeout", to application errors after login. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will be posting updates to this notice until the current issues are resolved.
