The Netregistry technical service team would like to advise customers of upcoming scheduled maintenance being performed by one of our financial service partners.

  • Payment Gateway (NAB customers only)
  • Payments made to us; for domain registrations, renewals and back orders
  • Payments made to us; for hosting subscription purchases and renewals


For the duration of the maintenance, customers may receive errors when attempting to make payments to us. Customers who use our Payment Gateway service alongside a merchant bank account setup with NAB may also experience problems receiving payments from their customers for the duration of the maintenance window. We have taken measures to ensure this maintenance causes as little impact to our customers as possible and apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
