RESOLVED - Service Degradation – Email Authentication 22/02/16
UPDATE 4:00PM - Our administrators have tentatively identified the root cause of the issue and are working to rectify. The cloud mail environment is drastically improving and we expect normal service to resume shortly.
We do still have some reports of authentication problems and we are still addressing this at this time. Again we appreciate your patience during this period.
UPDATE 02:00PM - The issue was isolated and we are now seeing the symptoms start to improve. We expect things to continue to improve until service is restored to normal. We do appreciate your patience during this period.
Also please note that you may experience longer than normal call wait times when trying to access our support channels. We are doing the best we can to get to your inquires.
UPDATE - We have identified that there is also a large backlog with out SMTP queue, this will affect customers attempting to send emails from our cloud infrastructure. Customers can expect a delay when sending emails, again our engineers are working to resolve this as their top priority at this time.
We would like to advise customers that we currently have a problem with authentication on our Cloud hosting infrastructure. Our engineers are aware of the problem and working to address it as a priority.

Some customer was experience issues logging into their email accounts either by web-mail or via email clients and mobile devices. Customers may also experience delays when sending emails from our cloud platform.
