UPDATE: We are currently in communication with our spam filtering vendor on getting the “550 no mailbox by that name is currently available” bounce back rectified. 

Our technical service team would like to advise customers that we are currently experiencing intermittent bounce backs on our cloud email service, customer may receive a bounce back when trying to reach an email account hosted on our cloud email servers.

Please be advised that contacting our support channels may result in a longer than average wait time while this issue is ongoing.

We will update this alert with information as it becomes available.

Service Impact:
Customers will recieve a bounce back when trying to reach out cloud email servers.

The error that the other server returned was:
550 no mailbox by that name is currently available

OR

host mx2.partnerconsole.net [202.124.241.197]
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
550 "[202.124.241.74] is listed in local black list"
