All systems have now been restored, services should resume as normal. Customer service is now available and able to provide assistance.

Access to customer facing systems has been restored. Customers will now be able to access and the Console to administer and manage domains and services.

The Netregistry technical services team would like to advise that we are currently experiencing network connectivity issues impacting internal and customer facing systems, also resulting in extended wait times for phone support.
During this time our live chat system is also is not available due to these connectivity issues.
Our systems engineers are currently working to resolve this issue so we can resume customer service operations as soon as possible.
