The Netregistry technical services team would like to advise that we are currently experiencing network connectivity issues impacting our call centre systems resulting in extended wait times for phone support.
During this time our live chat system is also not available due to these connectivity issues.
Our systems engineers are currently working to resolve this issue so we can resume customer service operations as soon as possible.
Customers are still able to log into Netregistry systems including the Console. Customers email and web hosting services are not affected by this outage.
