The Netregistry technical service team would like to advise that the problem causing the interruption to our phone system has been resolved. Customers may now contact our help desk and receive support over the telephone.

The Netregistry technical service team would like to acknowledge and advise of a current unscheduled interruption to our phone system. During this time, customers attempting to call our help desk will not be able to speak to our staff.

Start Time  3:20 PM AEDT

While our system engineers work to resolve the problem we request that customers contact us via our email or live chat support channels.

Services effected

No customer services are affected by this outage. Customers websites and email will continue to operate normally for the duration of this phone outage.


Customers are not able to speak to our Customer Service team over the phone for the duration of the outage. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will be posting updates to this notice until the current issues are resolved.
